Review Title:

Writing Can Only Be HONED - not taught.

Full Review of the Program:

The program works if a) you're a natural writer, b) you're motivated, c) you don't make excuses and you work your ass off.

Advice to Prospective Students:

Decided who you want to study with and why and take it from there. If you're interested in a specific genre, meeting with a forefront professor from that genre and see if the program's the right fit for you.

Don't just do MPW because you didn't get in anywhere else. Then you'll end up pissing and moaning like some MPWers.

Go there because you want to.
