I love the sense of community in this program and how everyone pitches in to make it work. There are under 40 students in the program and yet we have a great literary magazine, a writers-in-schools program, an excellent graduate assistantship, wonderful readings and craft talks, and a stellar faculty.
Advice to Prospective Students:
Visit schools before you choose. Las Cruces is a good place to live and this program has a lot to offer.

Reputation Rating
Not sure if this means, is it a competitive admissions process or is there competition between students. If it's the first one, I'm not sure about those numbers; if it's the second, students are immensely supportive of one another's work.
