Program Description
Willamette's MBA programs are specifically designed to prepare students for their first professional career position, career change or advancement.
In just 21 months, Willamette MBA students learn the core principles of general management, refine their career interests, develop an in-depth understanding of one or more career areas of interest, and build the portfolio of experience needed to succeed in a competitive job market.
Early Career MBA - The Early Career MBA is designed for recent college graduates and applicants with limited work experience who are seeking their first professional position or career change. Previous work experience is not required.
MBA for Career Change - MBA for Career Change is designed for people with at least two years of post bachelor degree professional work experience with management or functional responsibilities, who are seeking career change or career advancement.
The Willamette University MBA for Professionals is designed for working professionals with a minimum of three years of professional level work experience. Classes are 6pm to 10pm two weekday evenings per week in Portland or Salem, Oregon.
