The Law School is widely recognized in the local, national and international legal communities for the strength of its academic program, particularly in areas such as intellectual property, international, environmental, clinical, government procurement and constitutional and administrative law. GW’s distinguished full- and part-time faculty includes some of the most prolific scholars and recognized experts in the country. Their academic work, and that of the student body, is supported by the Jacob Burns Law Library, which is among the largest and most prestigious academic law libraries in the United States.
