Napier University MFA in Advanced Film Practice
Program Description
Apart from acquiring practical skills, students create projects that can form the basis of your portfolio. In this course, students develop your existing skills to a near-professional level, collaborating with students and working practitioners alike to create a fully funded short film, documentary, feature film script or similar finished creative product.
Through visiting speakers and industry-based teaching staff, students make contacts that will help them navigate theior way into this highly competitive industry. The degree qualification carries Screen Academy status, the only film qualification in Scotland to offer this, and one of only a few throughout the UK.
