Program Description

The Graduate School of Business at Florida International University (FIU) is characterized by its active learning environment that extends beyond the classroom into the surrounding community, and across borders. Students are immersed in Miami, Florida, as a world-class trade and commerce hub.

Our Programs:
The full-time, one-year International MBA (http://imba.fiu.edu ) is completed in four quarters. Students take all core courses, including a foreign language (Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, or advanced business English) during the fall, winter, and spring quarters, leaving the summer quarter free for a business internship, specialization courses, or a study abroad. The school also offers other MBA programs for working professionals (Evening, Downtown, Professional, and Executive MBAs), as well as specialized Masters programs in the areas of finance, human resource management, international business, international real estate, management information systems, accounting, and taxation. These programs are designed so that classes are held on weekends or in the evenings.
