City University London MA Writing Program
Program Description
City's MA in Writing Program has three pathways (Novels, Narrative Non-fiction, and Plays & Screenplays). Our program provides you with a supportive, thought-provoking and challenging environment in which to develop your skills, experiment with approaches to writing, reflect on your own work and that of other writers, learn about the industry, and complete a book, play or screenplay to a high standard.
The advisory boards across the three MA pathways include Doris Lessing, Bernardine Evaristo, Nick Hornby, Julian Fellowes, Stephen Poliakoff, Val McDermid and Kwame Kwei-Armah.
