Boston University Creative Writing Program
Program Description
Boston University Creaitve Writing program is a small, intensive one year program, with a maximum of 12 fictions writers, 12 poets, and up to 6 playwrights. To graduate, a student must complete a total of eight classes, at least four of which must be workshops, and submit a final thesis of work in their chose genre. In recent years, the program's distinguished alumni have won the Whiting Award, the National Book Award, the Pulitzer Prize, and the Heideman Award.
