I have been looking around for such a program as well, and haven’t had any luck until recently. I stumbled across a program called “Platinum Arts Sandbox” and it’s phenomenal. The developers of the engine wanted to make it simple enough for a kid to use, but powerful enough for a game developer to use and they have made just that. It’s drag-and-drop and incredibly easy to create your own 3D environments.
